General dentistry is important for general health, for the whole family!
We love helping our new mothers learn about proper oral care for their babies, and introducing them to help with teething and nutrition for growing mouths. As the child grows, general dentistry serves to monitor growth and development, and coordinate care with pediatric and orthodontic specialists.
For our adult population, general dentistry consists of cleanings, fillings, and simple crown and bridge dentistry. Our practice is strongly influenced by evidenced-based practices, such as bacterial culturing for individual patient sensitivity to further decay, and using tried-and-true techniques like placing a rubber dam during restorative dentistry for greatest control against new decay.
With the mouth being the gateway to the whole body, we screen for cancer, systemic diseases like diabetes and hypertension, and more. We are looking forward to being your partner in health!
